I posted a talk of Ggl guy talking about 7% of ourselves(=about the mass of one arm) gets changed over DAILY, which in return the expelled whatever like CO2 get used up by plants etc so the life as Earth continues, proving we are a Planetary symbiosis-living creature as a whole. 7%?
