That is one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time. Just loved it.  Obviously, the neighbors, once they saw this video, had little to complain about for the shared laughter.

Awesome find.

Grandma Drummer Proves You’re Never Too Old To Rock & Roll

This was enjoyable and wanted to share.  The videos are provided thanks to TheCoalitionDrumShop in La Crosse, Wisconsin and to Joseph Stix Davis.

I guess a few things can be proven here.

1)  Age is a unit of measure, not a factor in ability.

2)  One’s age is more determined by attitude & spirit than by any calendar.

3)  You’re never too old to Rock & Roll

Grandma Drummer Proves You’re Never Too Old To Rock & Roll

Yeah Go Gran!!! Be a Glam-ma!! WooHooooo!! :)

I have few of Granny-drummer collections from YT, too. I loooove them!

...I've just taken off most of my dreads but I'm looking forward to hit 70 yo...to get the dreads happening again! ;D

"Age" is nothing when you have your own time-line within yourself or don't have one at all, I think.

Lots of my drummer friends (I'm a percussionist, too) defy their age in looks and the way they think.

When we live to do what we want to do, time loses its reference point, perhaps.

We,  the humans, are amazing...

Thanks for the link post, breezy!  :-*:-* :-*

OstrichCopter takes to the skies

July 30, 2013

"We all know that ostriches can't fly, right? Right? Well the Dutch creator of a taxidermied cat helicopter has turned his hand to a more ambitious drone, in the shape of OstrichCopter.

OstrichCopter is half ostrich, half quadcopter. The ostrich part is a male specimen who died of a disease at an ostrich farm. The enormous machine was created by visual artist Bart Jansen with the help of technical engineer Arjen Beltman, with financial support from RC Technics."

OstrichCopter Second Test 27 July 2013 [original video]

I will leave this right here, figure I don't really need to say another thing.  except WHY?? ???
