Tremors shove Washington westward, offer clues into next big earthquake

Thousands of tiny tremors over the past few months have moved parts of Washington and Vancouver Island westward. It’s a near annual event that backs expectations by some scientists that a big earthquake may hit the Seattle area harder than their previous models suggested.

This recent wave of activity began in May and appears to be dying off now, according to University of Washington earth-sciences professor Ken Creager. It’s a process, known as episodic tremor and slip, thought to increase stress on locked faults — areas where tectonic plates cannot move past each other. Earthquakes occur when the pressure on locked zones reaches the breaking point and the plates snap past each other.

Scientists believe an episode of tremors could someday trigger a so-called megaquake on the offshore fault called the Cascadia Subduction Zone. The 700-mile-long fault runs from Vancouver Island to northern California, and can unleash earthquakes of up to magnitude 9.0. It’s one of the biggest of faults in the U.S.

While older models suggest that the locked zone is mostly shallow and offshore, the location of these tremors indicates that in a big earthquake, layers of rock jerking past each other may take place closer to Seattle than previously thought.

10km EQ Reported----Artificial EQ?

M5.5 282km ESE of Haebaru, Japan, via Disaster Prediction App of S0 1 hour ago.

Note there were few of those 10km EQs recorded consecutively in Indian Ocean a couple of months ago.

It looks like something is done to release the pressure of Hawaii I take to get it off from the Ring of Fire.

Bali rocked after 6.9 magnitude earthquake strikes Indonesia's Lombok Island, deaths reported

Authorities in Indonesia lifted a tsunami warning on Sunday after a strong earthquake rocked the popular tourist mecca of Bali, leaving at least three people dead a week after another quake in the same region killed more than a dozen people.

Dwikorita Karnawati, head of Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, told MetroTV that the tsunami warning has ended, adding that the warning was for the lowest level of tsunami, and that small waves just 6 inches high were detected in three villages.

10km Depth Suspicious Artificial Quakes: the Recent List

Not all cases are caused by the artificial blasts I think. But it's sobering to see that all these different locations are listed as 10km depth, and just to see them listed up 12 days into the month of August, and the list is only for August 2018.

There are ones who want to kill most of us. There are ones who want to kill all of us if needed to.

And there are ones who want to save us and using forceful way against Earth to neutralise the effects made by the others.

All are wrong doings against Earth.

Artificially altering genes, planets and other natural existence cause imperfection to the nature and to the due course of evolution of natural existence.

<Note: I have included the list of 10km+ as long as it was within 10km range. So the App does have a way to accurately differ 10km to 10km+ data. That makes the 10km results even more artificial look to them IMHO. And how fascinating ALL of dead on 10km depth ones are within M5 range. Nothing below or over..... How can you say that these are all natural EQs? No way. So my 2 cents go towards them being Artificially installed, planned blasts in most of the cases. All Data from the Disaster Prediction App of S0.>

Magnitude 8.2 quake strikes in the Pacific, no damage reported on Fiji

August 18, 2018   Update: August 19th.

"A massive quake of magnitude 8.2 struck in the Pacific Ocean close to Fiji and Tonga on Sunday but it was so deep that it did not cause any damage, authorities in Fiji said.

The U.S. Tsunami Warning Center also said the quake was too deep to cause a tsunami.

The quake's depth at 347.7 miles (560 km) would have dampened the shaking at the surface.

^ Good article over on ZH about this: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-08-20/watch-out-california-53-major-earthquakes-just-hit-ring-fire-24-hour-period

Quote

Is something unusual starting to happen to the crust of our planet?

The USGS defines any earthquake of at least magnitude 4.5 as “significant”, and there were 53 earthquakes that met that criteria along the Ring of Fire on Sunday alone.

Not too long ago, I wrote about how “Earth changes” seem to be accelerating all over the world, but even I was stunned by the ferocity of the seismic activity that we witnessed over the weekend.  Because none of the earthquakes happened in the United States, the mainstream media almost entirely ignored this story, but that is a huge mistake.

The entire west coast of the U.S. falls along the “Ring of Fire”, and experts assure us that it is only a matter of time before the seismic tension that is building up along the tectonic plates in that area is released.
("...")
But until big earthquakes start happening here, many Americans simply will not pay any attention to all of this.  What they need to understand is that this is truly a global phenomenon that we are witnessing, and shaking in one part of the globe can have tremendous implications for people literally living on the other side of the planet.  In particular, those living along the west coast should be deeply alarmed that seismic activity along other areas of the Ring of Fire appears to be intensifying.

I swear if I didn't know better, that Japan is under some kind of secret siege.  Excessive rain, flooding, now this strong EQ more or less at the same time typhoon Jebi hit in the south? Lots of high strangeness everywhere.

Yes breezy....as I posted elsewhere on CHANI, we got the proof that some sort of microwave attacked the Pacific region where the typhoon was emerging, the direction of it changed immediately to attack Japanese East coast, SPED UP IN SPEED AND INTENSITY. It was shown on the MIMIC1 data.

The thing is the same tactic seems to be done against Hawaii.....

So this was about typhoon.

Now re: EQs.

This is another hunch and nothing to do with the real data, except Japanese land is in the active period and we can't avoid continuous shakes in general.

But I also suspect some energy work has been done by internal security people to direct the EQ that was to hit Tokyo, being it deflected to somewhere else of THEIR CHOICE.

That's to lessen the problem that may rise by Tokyo being hit.

But that's not the only aspect into the deflection decisions---and I can only share this insight with CHANIties, really, because not many would be able to understand how this would be thought as justifiable, but this is Japanese culture---use the natural disasters and deflecting them to sacrifice different area as well as to CLEAN UP the energy of that targeted location, to regain cleaner state of energy.

Hokkaido is infiltrated by China. Way more than what Japanese people like to. The places are popping up that too many Chinese population existing and Japanese people won't have access there due to the locals changed over to Chinese nationals, even language wise, Japanese is not existing for daily life. That's the INVASION of land, and Japanese gods don't like what's happening, either. Disrespect to the land and Jomon derived peaceful culture is really bad news for the land and its heart. So the chosen place of clean up (energy wise) was backed by general Japanese nation as well.

Looking at Kansai region where now the airport got under water is also well known place to gather Chinese and Korean people through. Sorry to say, but their disrespectful attitude against Japan is very crappy, and we discovered the unfortunate actions made by the "visitors" against Shrines and Temples to national treasures, the frustration within the nation there is building up. These national "feel" do affect the natural disasters (historically Japan believed so) and the regions went under water, and hit by large EQs. (Japanese gods are not exactly cute or serene---they are known to require at most respect, not to be treated easily, again, historically...)

Now, as additional info for all CHANIties, you share the knowledge about megalith culture, and how important they are to create energy lines around the world, and within the countries.

It was the GHQ walked around and killed off the energy grid points in Japan after WW2.

Okinawa copped pretty bad, and their elected stones that was to protect the land and people were systematically broken on the spot by the GHQ, when they arrived there.

There were 144 stones found from all over Okinawa that are still unknown of who made them, when they were made, or where they came from, again the GHQ took them away most of them, which I believe still existing in somewhere deep in Smithsonian now, hidden away from the public views, and currently only 13 of the tablets were left in Okinawa, except 1 got broken, and 1 gone missing now.

So the Energy Grids are important, megalith stones are important, the national feel is important, to keep the land and people happy and stable, avoiding huge EQs and other natural disasters. Problem for all of us is now these disasters have been ENGINEERED by someone....for a half century at least.

Here are some pics of the Tablets.

Woow mountain in Hokkaido Japan---the land has slid down!

If you go to the link, press RIGHT go button, you can see more pics from the region. JSDF out to help, the local gov can't figure out what is the damage themselves, pretty massive problem. Warning from the bureau to expect more large EQs and be ready to shift quickly to evacuate.

BTW Kansai Airport is getting back all OK quite quickly, and according to the head of the local gov, all travelers are going to be ok to continue their visits in the region.

Holy cow how fast they can deal with such situation....I'm amazed.

Magnitude-5.7 earthquake rocks southern WA

A magnitude-5.7 earthquake has hit near the West Australian town of Walpole, about 430 kilometres south-east of Perth, with tremors felt as far away as Perth and Albany.

Key points:

  • The earthquake struck near Lake Muir, about 400 kilometres south-east of Perth
  • Tremors were felt as far away as Perth and Albany
  • There were reports of minor damage to two homesteads in the area

The earthquake happened about 1:00pm (WST).

Walls were cracked at two homesteads in the Lake Muir region, but there were no other initial reports of damage.

The Bureau of Meteorology WA said there was no tsunami risk to Australia.

It said the quake was centred near Lake Muir and forecasters working in its West Perth headquarters felt the building sway.

Senior Geoscience Australia seismologist Phil Cummins said it was the second earthquake to hit the region in a week.

"It occurred roughly between Walpole and Kojonup on the south coast, it was felt all the way from Albany up to Perth," he said.

"It is quite a large earthquake, it is large enough to cause damage but it's unlikely to have done so because it occurred in a relatively remote area."

Mr Cummins said the earthquake was uncommonly large.

"You would expect to get a 5.6 (magnitude) maybe once every couple of years throughout Australia," he said.

Geoscience Australia on Monday reviewed the magnitude of the quake to 5.7.

Mr Cummins said a magnitude-3.5 earthquake struck off the coast of Albany on Wednesday, while another magnitude-3.4 earthquake hit Walpole on Thursday.

A magnitude-4.3 earthquake struck Norseman in WA's Goldfields region last month.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Now where this is interesting - some old farmers told me many years ago, of a row of round stone balls that ran past Lake Muir, due south, down to the south coast.

Then, for some 40-50 years there has been a company 'mining' there - supposedly for 'rare earths', but nothng ever seemed to get shipped, and very little is known about them.. But the area had a very strange feel.

Me thinks, this may well be another of the '10Km' quakes that BF has been talking about....  If it was, then West OZ will get a few more soon....

10km Depth List: Sept 2018

Data from Disaster Prediction App of S0.

Just SO MANY 10km depth ones reported. Basically strategically pressure breaker applied to save Hawaii? But not only around of Ring of Fire, it's including near by regions, too. If these are all done by small nuke heads.....how much radiation being spread all around Earth on the sea bed!?? Wouldn't that affect the life forms like fish and crustaceans WE EAT? Only pointing finger at Fukushima does NOT justify for the radiation issue of our sea.

Indonesia tsunami toll tops 800 amid search for survivors

Rescue officials feared the full scale of Indonesia's earthquake and tsunami could climb far past the more than 800 already confirmed dead, as several large coastal towns remained cut off Sunday by damaged roads and downed communication lines.

The country's disaster agency said the death toll more than doubled to 832, and nearly all of those were from the hard-hit city of Palu on the island of Sulawesi. The regencies of Donggala, Sigi and Parigi Moutong — with combined populations of 1.2 million — had yet to be fully assessed.

"The death toll is believed to be still increasing since many bodies were still under the wreckage, while many have not been reached," said agency spokesman Sutopo Purwo Nugroho. He said a mass burial would be held Sunday for health reasons.

Bodies covered in blue and yellow tarps lined the streets of Palu, while rescuers dug through rubble in the hopes of finding survivors from the twin disasters that struck Friday evening. There was particular focus on the eight-story Roa-Roa Hotel, where voices from underneath the rubble could be heard calling out for help on Saturday.

A Mysterious Warning Appeared on 1st Aug 2016 Tokyo M9.1

The Bureau of Meteorology of Japan released a "mistaken" warning of a massive EQ hitting Tokyo, devastating most of the rest of country.

It was admitted by TBOMJ that was caused by an error from readings but do you believe in such "official" reasoning? We had seen loads of such worrisome "mistakes" only to be actualised in the same or different manner.

17:09 of local time on 1st Aug 2016 this happened, 3 times within that minute, TBOMJ released the warnings.

Take a look at the horrid view....

"Public Wrathful Harvesting and Ending of a large scale Cycle, then the Beginning of something anew, pretty flimsy weak start."

Oi.....

This is from a site copied from 2chan (they are like 8chan of the US) revelation as it happened.

No conclusive reason why this Mistake happened but it's said that possibly it was due to the noise caused by a lightning and got recorded.

I still haven't checked WHERE and WHEN this mistaken data appeared, for I wanted to match against the weather data of the day if there was any lightening happening there.......

Why CT heads there are bothered about such mistake warning?

It's because of such document we dug up↓. We are sticking middle fingers up right firmly.

Powerful deadly earthquake strikes Bali

At least three people have been killed and four injured after a powerful earthquake struck near the popular tourist island of Bali.

The magnitude 6.0 quake struck at 7.44am on Thursday (NZT) at a depth of 9 kilometres.

Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, a spokesman for Indonesia's disaster agency BNPB, wrote on Twitter that several houses were also damaged in the earthquake that shook Bali and East Java.

The quake occurred a few hours before a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Papua New Guinea.
